Gerald Angelmahr, assisted by his creative team of twelve, became chef de cuisine in 2008. For more than 20 years Restaurant Korso has been the epitome for haute cuisine - and not only in Austria. From its opening through to 2008 Reinhard Gerer had been responsible as chef de cuisine.
On September 1, Gerald Angelmahr made his culinary debut in this position and will from now on be responsible for the direction of the “new Korso”.
